A 45-minute drive away you will have Santiago de COMPOSTELA. If what you need is a relaxed place for your stay, or Telework, this is your ideal home.

Acogedora casita en el rural. Perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Situada a 15 minutos en coche del centro de Santiago de Compostela y a 20 minutos de la ría de Noia, donde encontrarás magníficas playas. La casita es perfecta para una pareja o una familia con un niño pequeño. The Bosque de Xarás house is located in a natural area with stunning views of the Ría de Pontevedra and a beautiful sunset over the Ons Islands. A property with a small forest through which a small stream runs and a magnificent swimming pool with sun loungers. A barbecue in the garden and a wellness area with a sauna, Turkish bath, thermal loungers, and a bithermal shower. Beaches less than 2 kilometers away, hiking trails, restaurants. Ideal for waking up looking at the sea and enjoying the sunset on the terrace as a couple, with friends or family. It is designed in wood and concrete and has a 100m2 terrace from which you can see the sea. It has a room with a 135cm bed, another room with a 105cm bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room if required.

And enjoy Galicia's best beaches and Galician cuisine. 10 minutes from Cangas, 15 minutes from Bueu, 15 minutes from Moaña, half an hour from VIGO, and half an hour from downtown Pontevedra. VIGO can be reached by car and boat. The boat option is the fastest and cheapest. From Monday to Friday there is a boat every half hour and on weekends every hour, leaving Cangas on time and lasting 20 minutes.🚢

The AP7 (highway) is 5 minutes away from the house, as well as the fast track to get to the most touristy areas of Galicia. It's in a very quiet area. It has a lot of privacy. A closed house and property.
