It is on the first floor, facing the street, and with an elevator at ground level. It has an area of 42 meters divided into a bathroom with shower, bedroom with 1.35 bed and built-in closet, a small room with clothesline and washing machine and a living room - fully equipped kitchenette. It does not have a parking space, but street parking is free

All exterior,well located, 200 meters from the promenade,near a shopping center, bus stop and pharmacy 50 meters away and health center,tv in all rooms, microwave ,washing machine and all necessary utensils, exceptional views, wifi, and glued to Mt. se San Pedro and the millenium. Easy parking, second floor without elevator, few stairs and easy to climb. Super quiet.
