Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Country Pleasure

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. With access to the mighty Boeuf River and a clear view of the starry sky at night, there is no better place to stay and relax, than the Riverside Retreat. Our new model 27 ft RV has one queen bed, with a Simmons Deep Sleep mattress and high thread count bedding, plus the sofa and dining table turn into sleeping areas as well. We have rural wifi for the TV and your devices, as well as board games for when you want to disconnect.

This home is located on a small back road, giving you a quiet place to relax for your stay! With all new appliances and all of your amenities! This home is only 3 years old and the perfect place to stay for a night or two!

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!
