This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

The wharf cellar is a unique place within the Singels in the historic city center of Utrecht. The werfkelder has been renovated in recent years and equipped with every comfort. The Museum Quarter and the cozy Twijnstraat are around the corner, as well as a cinema, the Zocherpark and many restaurants and terraces on and around the Ledig Erf. Boats pass by all day, so there is always something to see.
