During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten GRATIS fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Er is een parkeerplek voor een kleine of normale auto. Let op de doorgang voor de auto is smal. De straat oversteken en je zit op strand. Ter hoogte van het bekende Branding Beachclub. Een betere locatie is er niet.
