There is also a washing machine in the apartment. It's a 10 min. walk to the perfect center. There is a free parking space behind the building,in front of the building parking is paid during the week and on Saturdays!

A nice house with a private backyard and parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata, many restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes, visiting Panichishte and Rilla Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and the villa is a 90 minute drive by car. Villa Gardenia has its own bus, providing transfer to a location chosen by the guests, for an additional fee.
