A cosy cottage with its own jetty and boat on Lake Tjen

Almost at the end of the road, you will come to our cosy cottage 🏡 with a secluded plot by the stately oaks and untouched nature. There is a nature reserve outside the property, and in summer our sheep 🐑 and cows 🐄 graze in the meadows. Start the day with a dip in Lake Tjen. A private jetty, 300 m from the property, by Lake Tjen 🌊, 2 rowing boats 🚣 🚣 and 1 canoe 🛶. The charming cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a tiled stove, with a toilet and shower. Rented by the week (changeover on Mondays) in summer. Otherwise, at least two days in a row.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Enjoy your stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Stay overnight in your own cottage at our small farm, Solsätter farm 8 min outside Söderköping along E22. Here we have goats, chickens, rabbits and cats. If you're lucky, you can get a freshly-laid egg for breakfast. There are two single beds on the lower floor, 2-3 beds in the cozy loft. The stairs up to the loft are steep, not recommended for children under the age of 12. Close to nice swimming lake with swimming jetty, distance 5 km. The accommodation is suitable if you are visiting Kolmården, Vimmerby or want to visit Söderköping's surroundings.

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Sjöstugan

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna float | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve, with the opportunity for both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, a kayak trip or cooking together. There is plenty of space for socialising and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linen and towels).

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Guest wing @Ginkelösa Nygården

Welcome to Ginkelösa Nygården! The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
