You have 120 meters to Kalmar's most popular beach with a 180-meter long jetty and also a sandy beach with a shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.
