All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Welcome! We offer you a bright family house in a good area, close to everything, with spacious rooms. It has a living room with a balcony overlooking the street, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; one children's bedroom with toys and books and a single bed (and a smaller bed for children downstairs); and the other bedroom with a single bed, which is upstairs and accessed by a staircase. It also has a covered patio and a Chulengo barbecue.
