Garagem para um carro mas pode colocar outros dois no pátio. O imóvel fica à uma quadra da praia e próximo à 200 mts da praia e 1,5 km da Av. Atlântica.

Privileged location 100 meters from the Iemanjá statue and the beach. It has a parking space and a gourmet space with a barbecue area (in the Condominium). Walled parking yard, with electric fence and access through an automated gate. It can accommodate up to 3 people. It has two fans and all the kitchen utensils.

The townhouse has a balcony overlooking the sea and a large patio in the back with a barbecue. Two rooms with sofas and armchairs. Well-equipped kitchen with two dining tables. It easily accommodates 8 people, but we have some extra mattresses that we can arrange if necessary. Close to markets and bakeries. Located 900 meters from Iemanjá and 50 meters from the beach. We offer bed linen and towels. We don't have beach chairs or umbrellas.

The bedrooms and beds accommodate 11 people and there are also two double beds, totaling 15. The best part of the house is a very large room where the kitchen and barbecue are, integrated with a living room and a large balcony. There's a foosball table on the balcony. It has two tables that accommodate 10 people each.

We are located 20 minutes by car from the city of Rio Grande and 40 minutes from Pelotas.

The place is welcoming, with a large green area, space for 1 car, space with a porch, hammock, chairs! The interior space of the chalet reflects the coziness and thus provides a sense of well-being. We at the Chalet stay in the Studio, which is located at the back of the property.
