You will be about 30 meters from the beach dunes, being able to go by car on the road or on foot cutting through the dunes, the view is incredible, especially in the morning and sunset. The house is modern and has everything you need to make the most of your stay. A place to relax, wake up to the birds singing, take a nap in the hammock and recharge with a beautiful dip in the sea. If you come to work, there is a special place with a comfortable chair and 300Mb wifi.

Around 20 km or 25 min from Cassino Beach, 8 km or 15 min from the Naval Pole, 600 meters or 15 min from the 5th Naval District Command, Rio Grande Oil Refinery and São José do Norte Ferry Crossing Ebr Shipyard and 1 km or 5 min from downtown, being a great option.
