Relax in this quiet home. Located at the start of the Barra de Mamanguape community, the property is bordered by two other houses and numerous trees. From the balcony we admire the dance of the trees, with its wonderful and fresh shadows. Barra is an APA, so there is no house near the beach. To reach the beach we cross a wonderful 500 m trail by the dune to reach the beach. We can get to Rio by the beach or on foot, crossing the village, or even a car. Barra is a meeting with nature.

It has a covered outdoor area where you can dine outdoors or relax in the hammock. In a five-minute walk you can reach the beach and the river, where the canoe tours depart from.

The house is spacious, with plenty of room for children and adults. There's a terrace with hammocks, to relax. There is also a barbecue and outdoor table. The back of the house leads to the trail that leads to the beach. Through the entrance gate, a 5-minute walk, you reach the river. We have 2 kayaks that can be used. All rooms have ceiling fans. The garage fits two cars. We have 2 tame dogs (caramels).
