Our holiday home offers tranquility and breathtaking views, a few km from Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Gubbio and Spello. At sunset, the sky offers a unique spectacle. Mae Apartment, Perugia. The Mae apartment (named after the Etruscan goddess of fertility) is located in a historic manor residence in the early 1900s, located just 1.5 km from the airport, between Assisi and Perugia. In the same residence there are four other apartments, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 17 people. Those who are interested can look for us on Airbnb (Ethis, Laran, Veitha and Evan Apartments) and ask us about availability.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

GALLERY APARTMENT Bevignate is an original apartment of 55 sqm2, recently renovated, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with all comforts, and furnished as a true art gallery, where you can breathe a yesteryear fascinating atmosphere. Located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Perugia, in a neighborhood provided with all services, the apartment is very quiet, bright and it is surrounded by a an equipped lovely green space.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
