This is a truly cosy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering stunning views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Our house is located with a magical view of Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-storey house and is completely newly renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a large lawn that invites you to play and socialize.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The accommodation is located with a fantastic proximity and view of Siljan and right next door is a fantastic swimming area, Persborgsbrygga. Here you also live with a proximity to Rättvik city center, about 2.5 km away. Between the house and Siljan, there is a busy train track, trains pass daily and you notice it for a few seconds. The bedrooms are located in the other direction, nothing noticeable when you stay in the bedrooms.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with personal decor in Dala style. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

Very beautiful surroundings to take long walks in and hike to nearby mountain cabins.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. A few minutes' walk to a five-star campsite with a fantastic beach and free heated pool. 1 km to Leksand Summerland. 2 km to the city center. 2 km to Gropen. You have a large part of the downstairs and the host family lives upstairs, respect in both directions as noise from children, etc. can occur of course 😁 Parking is available next to the property.
