Beautifully located cabin 20 meters from the river. New extension with running water and heating with new bathroom and shower, entrance with heated floor and new bedroom. The living room and kitchen are renovated. Inside the cabin there are 4 beds, a double bed 150 cm in one bedroom and two single beds 75 cm wide in another. Then there is an annex with an additional 4 sleeping places. In the annex there is electricity but no running water. Bring your own linens. Can be rented for NOK 100/10 Euro per person. In the summer season you can swim in the many pools along the river just below the cabin. There is a short distance to Kjerag and Lysebotn if you want a more spectacular trip. Tonstad city center with grocery stores, pastry shop, gas station, restaurant ++ is located just 12 minutes by car south. 20 minutes by car north you will find Sinnes, here there are countless ski slopes and several ski lifts if you prefer alpine skiing.

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
