The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has its own entrance, is bright and spacious, approx. 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed for children. Open solution kitchen/living room. Large bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi. A small pet is allowed in the apartment BUT NOT IN THE GARDEN due to own dog. Park for free at the house, or 50 m away in a larger parking lot (for large cars).

The place has an amazing view to Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. As night, you can see the light from the Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private dock with a bathing ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented out with the cabin if desired.

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

Maribu - near Nerdrum Museum and Larvik Golf Course

Nice surroundings and a drive of 5 minutes to the summer town of Stavern you can stay in nice surroundings close to the sea. Enjoy the evening after a day at the beach. There are good hiking opportunities nearby with the fjord path as the nearest hiking trail. Larvik golf course is in the immediate vicinity, only 5 minutes by car. About TV:We have chromecast, you have to use mobile or pad to connect the TV. There is no other option. -Free parking -No access to charging a car, but it is 2 minutes away at shop

Cosy Cottage in Portør, a Peninsula near Kragerø

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

Summerhouse and cabin 5 meter from the lake

Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock. There is a small beach 50 meters from the house where the kids can play. Or let the kids play on the trampoline. (On your own risk 🙏🏻)

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
