Holiday home, Øysang/Risør, pool

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are 6 bicycles and several playground equipment here, as well as a swimming pool. Jegertunet Holiday Center in the neighborhood, with a lot of life and bustle. Here you can (for a small fee) swim, rent sun loungers, play tennis, eat and drink, etc. A good idea is to take the three-ferry "Øysang" via a great archipelago and over to beautiful Risør. And visit, for example, the saltwater aquarium, take the trip up to the viewpoint "Risørflekken", shop a little and enjoy a coffee and an ice cream.

Cottage by the sea

Architect-designed cabin with fantastic sea views. Built in 2023. Two double beds with continental mattresses and two extra mattresses. Many hiking opportunities in idyllic and enchanting forest terrain. Beautiful starry sky! Proximity to bathing areas in both fresh and salt water. Rainwater from cistern and power from solar panel with possibility for charging PC, etc. Private sleeping annex. Terrace with good sun and wind conditions throughout the day. The cabin is completely secluded. This unique place has its own style.

Cabin on the waterfront with wood-fired hot tub

The cabin is located on the mainland but the fastest way is by boat (35 min walk). A 14-foot plastic boat with 20 hp is included in the price. Free parking at the jetty in Sivik. Approximately 15-20 minutes by boat to Risør city center. Great for fishing, picking blue mussels, surfing, swimming and diving right outside the cabin door! Diving bottles can be filled on the jetty in Risør every day at 5 p.m. If you want to use a car to shop, it is 10-15 minutes to Brokelandsheia from the parking lot on the jetty.

Charming, 4 bedroom cottage, super for families

Charming retro inspired cottage (new in 2012), surrounded by a large terrace and lovely garden. There are several seating groups on the terrace to allow for sun access all day. If preferred, a large sun shade is available to provide shadow. The cottage is 92 m2, separated on 2 floors, and contains: 2 living areas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 4 bedrooms. There are beds for 7 persons in the cottage (and space to add additional mattresses if preferred). There is a cozy fireplace in the living room.

Losodden, idyllic skipper's house on the waterfront.

Losodden is a 160 year old vintage Pilots house on the idyllic car-free island of Sandøya in Tvedestrand municipality on the southern coast of Norway. The house lies on the stone jetty only one meter from the sea. The archipelago in which Sandøya lies is one the most popular coastal areas in Norway. The island is sheltered from the islets around yet with a close distance to the ocean. The sun will shine on the property from 10 in the morning till 10 at night at midsummer on a clear summer day.

Cosy Cottage in Portør, a Peninsula near Kragerø

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.
