Here you will find a kayak, a rowing boat, fishing rods, bathing toys, and a barbecue. It is a short distance to the city and other islands. Out here, there is a pizza restaurant, marina, beaches and galleries, and there is a grocery store, sausage production and bakery on Sandøya. There is a ferry. Sleeps 5 and possibility for 2 extra people to sleep on mattresses. Good parking space and private jetty at the end of the bay. Preferably contact by email.

Great space with a beachfront location. 1 parking space (ask for 2). Possibility of boat space up to about 20-21 feet by the pier. Fine hiking areas. Eating establishments, etc., are normally open on Borøya during the summer. Swimming opportunity, with the possibility of wading into the water in the place. Quiet and cosy. Sun from morning until 9:30 pm in midsummer. Delightful to delightful after this. There are regular boats to e.g. Sandøya from Borøy. Great nightlife and great hiking opportunities on Sandøya. Car about 40/15 min. to Arendal/Tvedestrand. Golf 30 min.

Holmesund: Cozy Sørland house, large garden

Cozy restored southern house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child friendly house, garden and area. Great baths, crabbing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crab fishing equipment, barbecue etc included. Internet and electricity included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioneer maxi 13 ft with 9.9 hp) is available in the summer season. During school holidays, the house is rented out on a weekly basis (Sunday - Sunday)

Rainwater from cistern and power from solar panel with possibility for charging PC, etc. Private sleeping annex. Terrace with good sun and wind conditions throughout the day. The cabin is completely secluded. This unique place has its own style.

Cabin on the waterfront with wood-fired hot tub

The cabin is located on the mainland but the fastest way is by boat (35 min walk). A 14-foot plastic boat with 20 hp is included in the price. Free parking at the jetty in Sivik. Approximately 15-20 minutes by boat to Risør city center. Great for fishing, picking blue mussels, surfing, swimming and diving right outside the cabin door! Diving bottles can be filled on the jetty in Risør every day at 5 p.m. If you want to use a car to shop, it is 10-15 minutes to Brokelandsheia from the parking lot on the jetty.

Charming retro inspired cottage (new in 2012), surrounded by a large terrace and lovely garden. There are several seating groups on the terrace to allow for sun access all day. If preferred, a large sun shade is available to provide shadow. The cottage is 92 m2, separated on 2 floors, and contains: 2 living areas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 4 bedrooms. There are beds for 7 persons in the cottage (and space to add additional mattresses if preferred). There is a cozy fireplace in the living room.

Losodden, idyllic skipper's house on the waterfront.

Losodden is a 160 year old vintage Pilots house on the idyllic car-free island of Sandøya in Tvedestrand municipality on the southern coast of Norway. The house lies on the stone jetty only one meter from the sea. The archipelago in which Sandøya lies is one the most popular coastal areas in Norway. The island is sheltered from the islets around yet with a close distance to the ocean. The sun will shine on the property from 10 in the morning till 10 at night at midsummer on a clear summer day.

It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.
