This is a great apartment (about 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Small cozy house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and peaceful without street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (you go through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two small double beds. And a big sofa bed. The apartment does not have its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all the city's amenities" right outside the front door. Café tables on the sidewalk can be used freely. Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom.

There is no shower in the flat, but a private outdoor shower with hot water is available. Parking included. ​ Important info: Remember to bring your own bed linen.

It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. Enjoy the sound of nature when you stay in this unique place. Idyllic small houseboat located on Lake Skarvann. It is a simple standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the patio outside and a fire pan. Important to note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is a toilet available in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by yourself.
