Coed Issa is a traditional cottage dating form the early 1800’s. Following a complete renovation it is now available as a comfortable and cosy eco-friendly holiday let. There are two lovely bedrooms each with a king sized bed, it can sleep four people comfortably. Bedding and towels are provided. The original house also houses a snug with log burner and desk, utility room and downstairs shower room. The new extension has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with exceptional views.

It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdonia and Zip World only 1hr drive away. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.
