Very nice accommodation with closed garden (table, chairs, umbrella), 3 comfortable bedrooms (wardrobe, comfortable bedding), kitchen with everything you need and open to the living room, bathroom with bathtub (hair dryer, iron + ironing table), many flyers of all the activities offered in the area.

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

Staying with Maria was super pleasant and quiet. The surroundings were super nice and we really enjoyed the great view. We slept great in the quiet surroundings. Maria was very kind and accommodating and gave us great tips.

Thank you for a very nice stay. Alessandro was very helpful and communicative. We used his restaurant recommendations, to which we returned several times. The cottage was exceptionally clean and in addition beautiful views and sunsets from the garden. Next to it is a climatic olive grove. Our dog and we felt at ease in the well-fenced garden. The electric gate and private parking were very convenient.

Pleasant exchanges with Christelle and Isabelle. Very good accommodation and as described . Small regret on the other hand in the fact that we have to systematically take the car to get closer to shops and the village of St Florent: the road does not allow walking safely.

words fail me! AnneMarie and Alberto were the perfect hosts. AnneMarie sorted vets for our homeward journey communicated with restaurant for booking a table. Alberto recommended the best walk to local beach, stunning... their beautiful dogs Monte and Chito made Bella's holiday and ours complete. HIGHLY recommend this beautiful holiday home. the pool was cleaned and filled up regularly, everywhere was spotlessly clean. lovely towels and plenty of them. AnneMarie always available if needed. google translate helped us both to understand each other.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Top place, very nicely furnished, with all the essentials you need. The jacuzzi is amazing, and the setting lets you fully immerse yourself in nature. Hard to describe—just go and experience it for yourself!

Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

After a warm welcome,we took possession of the simply decorated cottage. The only bemol is the lack of parking.

The house are beautiful and spacious. It is divisible in 2 units, ideal with teenagers or the parents. Great balcony, great seating, great pool. Highly recommended! 10 min walk to the beach, 3 min to the village by car. I highly recommend this house, it's worth it! We stayed here in April and the owner opened the pool for us: very helpful!! This is a spacious one bedroom bungalow with its own driveway and secluded courtyard, which has appropriately placed tables and chairs to take advantage of the sun. Inside is a modern kitchen/diner with all the electrical appliances required for comfortable cooking and eating. The bedroom is large and the bed is super king size so plenty of space here. Between the kitchen and the bedroom is a relaxing area with a large sofa and TV if required. We spent most of the day out touring the beautiful Var. We made lunch our main meal wherever we were and had bread and cheese with a glass of wine at the house in the evenings. Sandrine met us on arrival, gave us the key and showed us around the house. We prefer to keep to ourselves on holidays so it was lovely that Sandrine respected our solitude. We didn't see her again as we had to leave early on the last morning to catch a plane home. We would definitely recommend this property for those who enjoy peace in a tranquil location.

We had a perfect week, the house is very well located and we will immediately do very well. We'll be sure to come back for our next family vacation!

superb sea view in quiet residential area and very endearing couple

Very nice accommodation, ideal for relaxing in the middle of the mountains and doing activities like hiking. Everything is well in order and organized, comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary utensils, A/C, clean sheets, etc. Isabelle the host is very friendly, responds quickly and can offer various hiking options. For dog lovers, Obi (I can't tell which breed), is a young person full of energy and very friendly. In short, I would definitely recommend!

Independent, clean and functional accommodation for a family with two children. Sophie was welcoming and available during our stay. The environment is quiet and natural. We'll be happy to go back!
