“This place is cozy and has outstanding cleanliness. Everything is spotless. The whole house. I was so happy to find this very clean place given I had to travel during Covid and wanted to protect myself. Everything is so easyThere. There are little touches for example whenever you walk into a room a little light goes on automatically. You never risk walking into a dark room. There is coffee and packs of oatmeal in the morning to make. Mark always responded to me within an hour. I would do this again and highly recommended Jeanette”

“Pam was the perfect host. She was attentive and very quick with all communication and addressing any questions that came up. My wife and I were visiting a friend who recently retired to his home place and this river/lake house is most convenient to his home in Harriman. We loved the space of this gem of a property. It offered us a perfect place to be able to get away from our live-where-you-work 24/7 jobs (however, wonderful our mountain top farm/home is) for a few days and the bonus for us was to be able to take our favorite furry friends - our dogs. Along with a welcome note, Pam provided snacks, a well stocked pantry and fridge and a bottle of home-made wine. One of favorite features of your river-house was the river-side porch and its cushioned swinging bench overlooking the river. We wish we had more time and better weather for throwing horseshoes and sitting around the fire-pit, both riverside. We will definitely be back. “My husband and I stayed at this cottage for a weekend away, and it was perfect. We brought our boat and LOVED having a dock for it all weekend. We didn't really use the kayaks/paddleboard/tubes, but if we had stayed longer we definitely would have! The cottage is quiet and secluded, so it was very peaceful. I sat on the dock and read as the sun came up, and in the evening we enjoyed the fire pit. We also spent a lot of time on the deck, overlooking the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and Tevis also took the time to provide food and drink recommendations for our stay. At one point I asked her if there was an extension cord anywhere, and she texted back very timely to say no but that she would bring one by shortly (and she did). Communication with her was fantastic! There was not good enough service in the cottage to use our phones, but we ended up being grateful for that. We were able to get service in the driveway, which I did just a few times a day to make sure all was going well with our toddler at home. Overall it was nice to not be connected to our phones for a few days! I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I already told my husband how fun it would be to come back with our daughter. I hope we are able to sometime! Highly recommend!”
