It is located 200 meters from the train station, in the surrounding area there are numerous public parking lots.

It is a small but very cozy and bright attic inside a residence 1.5 km from Roccaraso on the road to the Aremogna slopes. It is all made of wood and its main feature is the mountain house atmosphere. The house has carpeting, so unfortunately pets with fur are not allowed. The residence is very suitable for children due to the playrooms. Although check-out is at 10:00 a.m., guests can leave their luggage at the residence reception for another ski trip or another excursion.

Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
