The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

A traditional cottage in the heart of Rock village with parking and enclosed courtyard garden. An easy walk to stunning unspoilt beaches, a sailing school, St Enodoc Golf Club, the ferry to Padstow, award winning restaurants and bars. Moments away from the shops including an artisan bakery, butcher, fish mongers, general store and newsagents. Beach only 400m away. Plus it's only a short drive to wonderful beaches including Daymer Bay and Polzeath. A well behaved pet is welcome at a fee of £50.

Salamander all rooms have wonderful views of the beach and bay.Charlestown has been the setting for many films including Poldark and many more Take a few steps up to Salamander and then you will find all on one level Lounge with fantastic views .Gas log effect fire .Go through to the wonderful dining/kitchen area with views out the sea.Master bedroom has a 5ft bed with uninterupted views of the sea.Bedroom two has two single beds Rare on site parking for small boat parking for one car only

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

The Cob - Polzeath / Rock - Stunning Barn

My husband converted this Cob Barn into a beautiful one level cottage. Full of character, and very comfortable and cosy! It is perfect for either one family with up to three children or two couples. Fantastic location as we are one mile from Polzeath and two miles from Rock. However, we are in a very rural spot so far from the maddening summer crowds - yet on the doorstep of everything. We welcome dogs but do charge a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Please do check with us first.
