My home is an ongoing revival of old farm house dating back to the early 1900's. Sectioned off the front of the house, private entry and parking on premises in carport. private verandah, table setting in leafy front yard. Kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave , toaster, kettle, electric frypan, Coffee pod.. NO Stove. Room for extra car.. 5 minute drive from Toowoomba's CBD, 6 minutes Walk to St. Andrews Hospital. Black gully forest reserve nearby set up to play Frisbee golf & exercise

HALF of THE HOUSE it is private, locked off it is like flats, I am in the other flat/unit/duplex. 2nd bedroom - 1D and 1S, 1 trundle, 1 KS. The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used 1st bag of wood free
