While it is isolated with lots of green space, it is only 6 km from the city center, 35 km from the center of Pomerode, a "tourist town," and 15 km from the center of Timbó.

The group will have easy access to everything they need in this place with an excellent location. Downtown, ideal for those on business, or for weekends, close to tourist spots. There is a swimming pool in the house, a saltwater pool, not heated! It comfortably accommodates 1 couple, has two more bedrooms but with only a mattress (2 double mattresses).
