We have 4 bedrooms to choose from, 2 with double beds, 1 with a set of bunk beds and 1 with a single that can pull out to another double so there is plenty of space for your family. Downstairs you can relax in the front room, entertain in the separate dining room or let the children play in the play room, or simply enjoy making food in the kitchen which leads onto the patio.

Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking beside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
