The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

Stay in a newly renovated school

Idyllic Storvik is a small village on the far side of the Nordland coast in the middle between Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are sea, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old village school that we in the family have transformed into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very easy, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you prefer to relax on the beach and enjoy nature from a distance, it is perfectly possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Olvika

Relax with the whole family in peaceful and idyllic Olvika, on the mainland in Lurøy municipality only 80 km from Mo i Rana! Here you can fish and swim from the floating jetty, hike along the seashore or explore the beautiful and varied nature nearby. The cabin has two bedrooms, a large loft, and an associated annex. Living room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, covered patio, large plot, wood stove, TV and Wi-Fi. Immediate proximity to the lake and unspoiled hiking trail. At Stia you can stay in scenic and quiet surroundings overlooking fjords and mountains. Private parking space, easily accessible via a gravel road from the main road. Perfect for those who want peace, nature experiences and cottage comfort on the Helgeland coast.

Holiday home with sea view, large garden and good sun conditions. Beautiful place to bring your family or friends for a cozy holiday in this great place with a large garden and space for a lot of fun. Here you can live in scenic and quiet surroundings. You have a beautiful view down to the sea, with access to several beautiful hiking spots. Down by the lake it is excellent to fish from the rocks while you watch the sunset in the evenings. Possibility of using a charcoal grill if desired.

Værangveien

Small house with two bedrooms in idyllic Værangfjorden, in the far north of Helgeland. The house has two bedrooms with three beds: two 120 beds and one 90 bed. Small kitchenette, with necessary equipment. It is about 10 km from the store and ferry south, here you can also take a ferry out to our island kingdom where you will find, among other things, Rødøyløva and Lyngvågen cafe (known from "der ingen skulle tru"). The area has many hiking trails, fishing and kayaking opportunities.

BOLGA, a remote IDYLL N of the ARCTIC CIRCLE

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.

There are many activities, whether you want to go in the mountains or in some more lightly hilly terrain, fish from boat or land, swim in crystal clear water with and without snorkel and diving mask, admire the beautiful Svartisen or maybe climb Helgelandsbukken. Or just relax on the beach in the tide.

Det er mulig å leie båt i området om man ønsker. Rorbua inneholder 3 soverom, 1 bad, kjøkken med gode fasiliteter, oppholdsrom med tv, balkong i 2.etg med sittegruppe, samt utgang til brygge/terrasse i 1.etg. Dette er vårt feriested, så rorbua har et personlig preg. Det har vært hund i rorbua.
