We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

An apartment in a new block, where I provide a large, spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, excellent access both by public transport and by car. A bus stop is 300 meters away, and there are shops and a park nearby. The apartment is bright, sunny, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

The railway station can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot.

Lusowo is a space that will allow you to relax with a good book and for children to play freely in a specially prepared place. Outside you will find a garden with a spacious terrace, where there is a billiard table and a place prepared especially for children. There is a lake with a beautiful beach 2 km away. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Warta River area, perfect for walks, bike tours (city bike station nearby).

Apartment Posnania, Poznań center

The Posnania Apartment is a fully renovated, stylish and cosy building. The flat measuring 58m2 is located on the 5th floor and can be reached by the elevator. The entrance to the building is from Ratajczaka street but the apartment itself is situated towards the backyard, so it is very quiet inside. The place has a monitored security system, a video intercom and an automatic gate.

The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.
