Gorgeous apartment with an amazing location between two of the most trendy neighborhoods in Mexico City: Roma and Condesa. Perfect for visitors that love to be in the middle of the action. This historic neighborhood is an epicenter of Mexico's best cultural, culinary, nightlife and green attractions with an international vibe. Walking distance to almost everywhere, but easy to get the Metro, Metrobus and public bike/scooter share options. Chef's kitchen and laundry. The decor has a calming neutral tone with touches of Mexican artesan crafts and color. Comfortable, beautiful, and fully equipped for both short and long-term visitors: -Completely renovated, gorgeously decorated with a touch of Mexican style -Each cozy room has smart TV connected to WiFi -Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, cooking equipment, etc. -Washer, dryer, iron -Work station with WiFi throughout the whole apartment -Ample space (115 square meters, 1250 square feet) -Living room with a smart TV and dining room area Full apartment with access to living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms and closets. Mercado Medellin, the area's main fresh food market, is 3 blocks away. -Uber, Cabify and Didi readily available -10 minute walk from multiple subway lines -2 blocks from the Insurgentes Metrobus line -Right on the corner you can take an electric trolly right to the Chapultepec area -No pets, smoking, children under the age of 12, and large events or parties. -Check-in outside of the normal window (3pm to 9pm) is available at no extra cost with advanced notice. We live nearby and we can organize to meet you as needed. Located right between Roma and Condesa, the apartment is walking distance or short taxi rides to the historic center, Parque Chapultepec, Polanco and numerous other top cultural, tourist, dining and nightlife options. The trendy dining destination Mercado Roma is right next door. Walk to grocery stores, cinema, shops and parks. Mercado Medellin, the area's classic main fresh food market, is 3 blocks away.

It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located at walking distance from the Historic Center, the forest of Chapultepec, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. In addition, it is close to stations of the main means of public transport. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed
