The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation. The beds are comfortable. Very well-equipped with dishes. The location is ideally located at the foot of the gondola in front of Lake Geneva. Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

Everything was fine. We felt very comfortable in the exemplary equipped apartment. Bridget was waiting for us on arrival and showing us everything. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment of Lutz and Petra! Upon arrival, we felt immediately welcome – the communication in advance was super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment "Unter der Sonnenhalde" is fantastically quiet on the slope with a magnificent view of the countryside. The place was just as described – or even better! Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped. We particularly enjoyed the bright, cozy atmosphere, the large terrace and the quiet surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed to take care of ourselves and the bedroom was really comfortable. Thank you to Lutz and Petra – we will be very happy to come back

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It was spacious with excellent amenities. Communiction with the host was easy. It was an easy 20min walk to the centre of town and the views were amazing. We highly recommend this apartment. 5 stars.

Very nice attic, spacious and well-equipped, the accommodation is easily accessible with free parking spaces,beware of street washing however for parking. Barbara was very responsive and gave us good recommendations.

We had a pleasant stay at Menthon St Bernard. Very well appointed and optimized, well decorated, as per the photos and description. Ideal location, quiet, close to the lake, and all shops and activities (pedal boat, bike etc.), Annecy is just a few minutes away by car or bike. Friendly and available host. A very cosy place in a cosy village just outside Zurich - ideal to explore both the city and the marvels of the mountains. Railway station is just around the corner, as is the lake with a marvelous view. The house has absolutely everything a family might need. The garden is so nice to sit out and enjoy the view to the lake.

The view of Lake Maggiore is beautiful. A big plus is the well-kept pool. All in all a lovely place to stay.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!
