The brewhouse of 80 sqm is originally the farm's fireplace for cooking, etc. It is today a unique home for 2 people and consists of an entrance hall with the old baking oven and access to a new toilet and shower as well as the home with dining and sleeping area. There is ample space for 2 people. It has high ceilings with lovely beamed ceilings and sandstone floors from the quarry with inlaid underfloor heating. Outside, there are lovely sitting cable sheep in the beautiful cobbled courtyard with a barbecue grill and direct access to the parks.

Cozy house close to forest and beach

The 125m2 house has undergone a renovation and is now ready for guests. There is wifi, coffee maker in the kitchen and a nice couch in front of the fireplace. The terrace and garden are a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with the grill on and a cup of coffee in hand. Next to the terrace you can jump in the wilderness bath. The house is located in a quiet part of Nexø facing Balka, close to water, forest and fields. There are 650m to Netto, 1 km to Centrum and 3.5 and 8.5 km to the delicious beaches Balka and Dueodde

Right on the border of the Blykobbe plantation, 700 m from the beach and with open spaces in the backyard is this tiny house, which with its location gives you the opportunity for nice nature experiences, good hikes, running and mountain bike routes and a good starting point for all the amazing experiences Bornholm has to offer. The house is simply decorated and well-functioning and contains all the basics for a good holiday. Centrally located with 5 km. to Rønne and 4 km. to Hasle. There are bus services close by and free parking.

We are happy to make our lovely home available to you when we are not in the house ourselves. Therefore, it's important for us that you receive the house cleaned up and cleaned, as we expect to get back to it when you leave again. Wonderful modern swedish house with charm

This unique home has its very own style. The Swedish House has been recently renovated, but with respect for the unique history of the house. You live centrally in Bornholm's largest city, where there is walking distance to cinema, cafes, shopping etc. At the same time, there is walking distance to the forest and beach. It's easy to get around the island whether you have a car or you're on public transportation. If you want to stay at home, the space offers a lovely patio, covered terrace, and orangery.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). You can see the playground from the terrace in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people.
