Treat yourself to spend the most relaxing time at this beautiful home! Feel free in this entire spacious 4 BR, 2BR with a sun room. Enjoy 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 twins, full kitchen, hot tub, Clean, fresh interior paint, new leather furniture. Large fenced backyard in a peaceful neighborhood with restaurants, supermarkets and more with in 2.5 miles. Easy access, 1.7 mile away from Boyette Road(main road) and about 6 miles from I-75. Great place for families.

The space
This BEAUTIFUL HOUSE sits in a LARGE LOT that allows you to enjoy a PEACEFUL stay while enabling you to get to restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, and more with a 1-2 miles drive

The house is SPACIOUS and COZY. As you enter, you will find a king bedroom on the left, open kitchen on the right with dining area. A nice living area with leather couches and LARGE 82 inch Tv straight ahead. At the left end of the dining area is the master bedroom, which is very spacious with a king bed, DOUBLE SINK BATHROOM, SHOWER, TUB, and walk in closet. At the right en of the living area you will find 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one had 2 twins and the other has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a Roku Tv.
The sunroom at the back of the house with the hot tub and outdoor furniture set is waiting for you to sit and relax.

This house is GREAT FOR FAMILIES. the neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The house is toward the end of the road, so there is not much road movement, making it safe for kids to play outside

During your stay, you can have the opportunity of a closer encounter with nature; a short walk within the community will take you to a nice view of an all natural creek. There is a playground next to the creek that the kids will enjoy. There is a pond on the other side of the road. Sometimes, you will have the Cranes walking in the backyard or around the neighborhood.

You will have the entire house with a full kitchen, dining, and living area. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a double sink and a tub. Sun room with AC. You might also use the garage if needed, I do have some things in the garage, but there is plenty of space for one car.
