The best Osaka stay with a simple one studio just outside Umeda. Nakazaki Town is one of the main stations from Umeda, 5 minutes on foot to Temma and 20 minutes from Nanba. The room has 2 beds (1 double and 1 single) and a sofa bed. This listing is not a hotel, so it is limited to people who can protect their manner regardless of nationality.

The space

Location is great. It is also within walking distance from Nakazaki cho station (1 min walk), Temma station (5 min walk), Umeda station (10 min walk). The convenience store is also soon, the restaurant is soon, the hospital is soon, the city center is also soon. There is nothing to be bothered by life. There is an elevation of JR 's circular line to the eyes of the veranda, which may be the best for railway photographers. The room is a simple bedroom with two beds and one sofa. There is also a stove in the kitchen, and there are fixtures such as refrigerator, microwave oven and iron. It is a unit bus. Although elevation is right there, I think whether there is individual difference if closing the window, but the sound is not bothersome. Since the wall is so-called steel frame apartment, it is not so thick, so please be careful about the noise.
The host lives next to the room. Because it is not a hotel, please think that you are a friend's room and use it beautifully. In case of discovering that it was treated badly, Airbnb as well as we inform the police instantly. There is no problem if you can use it normally. Please feel free to ask if there is something to worry about. I would like you to come only to those who can properly introduce yourself. The host also serves as a representative of a community centered on a studio called "RainyDay & CoffeeBreak" operated in Nakasaki Town with a listing. If you have time please visit (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Please feel free to come into the studio.

Guest access

Listing and host room (if you have permission). Let's have a drink if you feel good with your time. I know a lot of good stores nearby.

Interaction with guests

Basically you can do it yourself. Please think that the host is your own friend. It is not an employee of the hotel. Although it will work as much as possible if it is a friend's request, please give me the minimum bow.

Other things to note

Since there are business trips in the main business, hosts may not be able to see.

This is a great little no frills place but if you want to be in the thick of the tourist spots it's not for you. Located in a cool neighbourhood with locals, vintage shops, small bars, cheap restaurants and lots of small alleys to walk down. A 10 minute walk to Umeda, the big train station and close to lots of train connections. Can recommend eating in the shotengi shopping street. Kohei the host was super chill and easy and lovely. My only negative comment would be that it's all a bit squashed - it's tiny!!! A bit too much furniture for the space and if it was my apartment I'd probably spend a tiny bit on a spruce up of the kitchen and invest in a fold out couch so you could ditch the 2nd bed. All an all, a great little city pad. Thanks!!!

Kohei was a great host. The room was as described in the listing and other reviews. It's like a private studio apartment, Kohei lives next door. I only got to meet Kohei once but he was super friendly and generous with offering suggestions of places to check out for good food etc. Great value and a great location in a cool little pocket of Osaka.

In a cool part of town, but quite far from any other areas you want to go.
