The space is a newly developed private 2-bedroom apartment which is quiet with a simple yet elegant design. Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay and take in the amazing activities in the area.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, while bedroom two has two single beds. All are really comfortable, perfect for a great night's sleep. Ventilation into every room ensures you have clean fresh mountain air to breath. Super insulated walls and windows keep the apartment warm and quiet.
Your accommodation has everything from modern european appliances for easy living to family-friendly books and games. High-speed wifi access is provided and the TV has a Chromecast to allow streaming from a computer or smartphone.
The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher (very quiet Bosch) and fridge/ freezer. There is filtered water on tap.
The apartment is connected to a three-bedroom home with a large home office separating the two. Each has its own separate entrance (the apartment entrance is via the orange door shown in the photos).
The entire building operates like an 'eco-industrial' park where underfloor heating and ventilation is shared, along with electricity generated by PV Solar panels which also act as eaves along the north face of the building.
Private 24-hr access to the apartment (securely locked off from remainder of house with separate entrance).
The front door lock is an August smart lock - you can access the apartment via an app from your smart phone to open the door or via a personal pin number entered into the keypad (no having to look after keys).
Off street parking is provided right outside the apartment entrance.

Our family home is attached (but securely separate). You are welcome to text or call for assistance at any time.
Our approach is to respect your privacy and let you relax and enjoy your stay.
If you have any questions about activities in the area, we are happy to help... between us we have experienced most of the activities including walks and mountain bike tracks. Contact can easily be made by text or Airbnb message.
Other things to note
The house is brand new with landscaping in progress.
Inside it is fully functional with full kitchen facilities.
Access is available to a laundry if required (no washing line at present)
No smoking on the premises (that's inside or outside, thanks).
This is a quiet sub-division so no noisy gatherings.
