Description

The space

Open plan style living downstairs with two bedrooms, main bathroom with large shower, garage and laundry. French doors off dining area open out to paved/grass area.
Upstairs main bedroom and ensuite with a luxurious spa bath. Ideal parents retreat. Second lounge next door has double sofa bed accommodating 1-2 persons so ideal for a child.
Bi-fold doors open out onto an expansive deck off second living area providing lovely seaviews and a large entertaining area or place to soak up some sun. Complete with barbeque and outdoor furniture.
This property has a lot to offer with all the mod cons, a fabulous location....just a stones throw from the beach plus outdoor shower to wash off the sand from a day at arguably one of the finest beaches in NZ.

The neighbourhood

Orewa Beach is a beautiful 3km long sandy beach, offering safe family swimming and a fantastic setting for relaxing walks. Orewa town centre, with its restaurants and shops, is only a 10-15 minute flat walk away directly south along the beach!

Getting around

Approx 1 hour north of Auckland International Airport. 25-30 mins north of Auckland CBD. Bus services into Auckland city available.

Minimum stay of 2 nights, public holidays 3 nights, Easter 4 nights and Xmas and New Year weekly only.
Discounts for longer stays over 3 weeks.
Extra persons $20pp per night.
Prices may increase during public holidays and school holidays or special events without prior notice

We had a lovely stay! It was a few houses down from our old holiday batch so there are many memories associated with this area. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and it is a very easy walk in to town for a coffee.

Excellent communication and access. Wonderful location by the beach (very short walk). Very tidy home that is excellent for families or big group. Only suggestion for improvement is a larger (family sized) washing machine and dryer.
