John and Martine made us feel very welcome and were very helpful telling us all about the area. The bed and breakfast is in an excellent location, with easy walking into Bourges centre. The house is interesting and they have restored a lot of the lovely old features very nicely. We would be extremely happy to return here and would recommend it to friends!

Lovely B &B in a beautiful and interesting house. John and Martine were warm and welcoming with useful tips and provided a tasty breakfast. Great place for a stop-over when travelling through France.

A wonderful couple to be with always looking after your needs. Lovely cozy home, clean and well maintained. My family and I enjoyed the warm hospitality especially the most amazing homemade marmalade jam ever tasted ever. Strongly recommend that should you need to be at home away from home, this is a lovely place to be.

John and Martine were delightful hosts. Their home is beautiful, historic and intricate. They were so accommodating to our group of five plus a baby. It was such a pleasure sharing breakfast with John and get to know a bit more about him and the beautiful city of Bourges which he obviously loves very much. A great experience and a great place to stay.

We enjoyed every minute we spent at John's house, which, by the way, is a beautifully restored medieval building, located just a mobile phone throw away from the city's mighty catedral. We stayed at the attic room and loved the tribal art. The place was clean, neat, the hosts very welcoming and the breakfast (especially the homemade jams) was excellent. We hope to return next year!

Really very nice! :) The nicest hosts ever, very comfortable room, cozy and with space, tasty breakfast, nice coffee. Surely one of the best places to stay in Bourges. If I'm ever back, I'm staying with John and Martine again. Wish that I could have stayed longer.
