About this listing
This 1982 Airstream Excella is a spacious "glamper" accommodation at Stillwaters Farm, located in the heart of West Tennessee. Fully outfitted on the inside, loads of restful space on the outside. Grill, picnic area, and deck. Separate luxury bath house just steps away from unit. Located in private, fenced pasture.
This airstream has recently undergone some renovations and upgrades to its equipment and appointments. A new heat and a/c unit, a separate bath house, conversion to all electric, and a larger, queen-sized futon. It is an RV, and it delivers that nostalgic "vintage RV experience"!
Guests park at The Cottage, then access the airstream through a pathway than meanders behind the Nursery Barn.
Interaction with guests
Airstream guests are, by and large, independents guests, preferring to be on their own. However, as the owners, we are available for any needs our guests may have. We prefer to give space for privacy and be available should anyone need us.
Other things to note
Monthly stays require a short-term lease, signed upon arrival.
Stillwaters Farm and its properties are no-smoking, drug-free facilities. Guests are expected to adhere to farm rules which include, but are not limited to, remaining in authorized areas only when not accompanied by farm personnel, respecting livestock and wildlife, and refraining from public intoxication or lewd behaviour.
Guests are welcome to make full use of the airstream and its property. No guests are admitted onto the farm (proper) unless escorted by staff. Since this is an agritourism venue, before entering, each guest or group must sign a liability waiver and is educated on what proper farm behavior entails--including how to act around livestock.
Guests are also asked to please follow check out procedures, leaving the facility as neat as it was found. We happily take care of laundering linens so guests are not burdened with this task.
Sorry, absolutely no pets, no smoking.

Valeria Pitoni is a Florida native from Titusville, a little town on the Space Coast about 45 minutes east of Orlando. As a former college professor, she satisfies her need to teach by hosting field trips and tours of the farm and its inhabitants. She also is the creative force behind Stillwaters’ handcrafted products—the facet of the farm that promotes locally made arts, crafts, and products. Her repertoire includes artisan soaps, soy candles, and bath products as well as hand-painted, farm-grown gourds, and beautiful note and greeting cards that feature Valeria’s very own original photography.
