This 2-room non-smoking apartment is located on the 4th floor of the house 'Am Sahlenburger Strand 1' in a direct beach location. An elevator is available to reach the apartment comfortably. The apartment is about 45 m².

That's why we have set up the dining area here with a cozy corner bench; so you can enjoy the fantastic view in peace from sunrise to sunset.
For a pleasant sleep after an eventful day, there are two single beds in the bedroom with a lying area of 0.90 x 2.00 m each. Another sleeping option is in the living room.
The leather sofa can be transformed into a bed with a lying area of 1.50 x 2.00 m with a handle. The living room is equipped with a cozy relaxing armchair, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a stereo system.
The extensive kitchen equipment includes a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave as well as coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a spacious shower. On the ground floor is the swimming pool, which can be used free of charge.
A numbered parking space is also available free of charge.
