The Spacious Oasis is excellent as a short-term, mid-term, or long-term rental (25% weekly discount, 40% monthly discount!). The apartment features work-friendly amenities, including a designated workspace, reliable high-speed WiFi, an ergonomic office chair and all utilities included.
🏠 Access to your apartment is via a gated path to a private entrance at the back of the house (contactless check-in with Smart Lock Keypad).
Guests will have the entire 1,100 sq. ft. apartment to themselves, including a private bedroom with a super comfy queen bed (+2 bonus beds in the open-concept living area), tile bathroom with river rock shower, large open-concept living space, dining table, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, a designated workspace, mini-split AC/Heat, a private patio/backyard (with hammock and zero gravity loungers) - and no shared spaces!
Plus, there’s free driveway parking, free high-speed WiFi and a 50" Smart TV with complementary Netflix, Prime, AppleTV+ and Disney+.
Basic starter essentials for your stay are provided. If you need additional supplies (for a longer term stay), there’s a Dollar Tree conveniently located less than a mile away.

Guest access
Your private entrance with Smart Lock Keypad (contactless check-in) is located at the back of the house. Park on the left side of the driveway and walk along the left side of the house. Open the latch to the gate, and you’ll see your private patio/backyard and your private entrance door. Punch in the code and the door will unlock. (Please note that the numbers on the smart lock keypad won’t light up until the first number is pressed) Once inside, look to your left and you’ll see the stairs to the apartment. Enjoy your stay! 😊 🏡
Other things to note
There is one free parking spot on the left side of the driveway and free street parking available nearby (in front of the house) for additional guests. Please be sure to leave room for us to back our car out of the garage. Also, be careful not to block access to the garbage/recycle bins. There are ten stairs down to the guest suite from street level. Please note and follow the house rules and check-out instructions. Enjoy your stay!
