I am offering my studio apartment for people who want to enjoy and explore the Rio de Janeiro, the wonderful city by nature ... it is fully equipped, it has 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, smart tv with Netflix available, wi- fi, kitchen with utensils, linens and towels. amazing ocean side view, as it is almost in the corner with the beach, high floor( 8th), doorman 24 hs. It is a place to rest and enjoy after exploring the city!

It is a nice studio, almost corner with Copacabana beach, less than one minute walking to the beach, 8th floor, amazing ocean side view, full equiped and furnished, air conditioning, full kitchenete with utensils, smart tv 32´ , cable tv, wi-fi, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, linens and towels provided; english, spanish and portuguese spoken. Perfect for two people.
It´s very well located , in the end of Copacabana beach and begining of Ipanema (in the end of this street you will find the entrance to the Ipanema subway station), so you are in the hotspot of Rio, with all the services that you might need around, just 4 apts per floor.
The building it´s nice and quiet, doorman 24 hs. The only fee that it is not charged by the airbnb it is the consume of electricity - the calculation of your consume it is made by the electricity clock, you pay only for what you consume, charged by the energy company. I don't add any ammount on it.

Each guest is responsible for the actual electricity consumption, calculated by the electricity clock. I don't add value. There is a tool on airbnb for this consumption to be paid, all simple and comfortable! When leaving, always turn off the lights and the air conditioning. Let's avoid waste!
Very important: do not use the bathroom electric shower with the air conditioning on. The building's electrical system is old and does not support the functioning of the two together. It will dismantle the circuit breaker and turn off everything. You will need to ask the concierge to rewire. So, to avoid this disturbance, don't use both at the same time, okay?
Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, there is a basket next to the toilet, keep the place clean, do not accumulate garbage at home to avoid insects, make conscious use of electricity, water and gas. White towels cannot be taken to the beach! I leave black towels for the beach in the closet. Please avoid bringing sand from the beach to the apt!
Attention! : Irregularly stained sheets and towels will be charged for replacement with new ones!
At the end of your stay, when you leave, check if you have turned off all lights, tv and air conditioning, leave your dishes washed and take out the trash ok?
