Take an advantage of a quite, modern, nice room in a shared flat where you will have a comfortable stay. Its only 10 minutes away to center of Prague where you see also the old part of Karlin / Prague 8. This part of city has its own atmosphere where historical and modern buildings are. Restaurants, tram, shops are all around so you will have and access. 10 minutes away the metro stations.

The whole flat has been just renovated so whole furnitures are new. Flat it self is a small shared flat with two seperate rooms. There is shared kitchen with shared bathroom. Whole flat and each room has a smoke alarm. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle. In the bathroom there is a washin machine and hair dryer.
