Interaction with guests
I would describe my interactions with guests as friendly, warm, and helpfuI. It's important to me that my guests feel relaxed, comfortable and enjoy their stay! I'm often at work or at the beach and not at home but when I am I'm always up for a chat and more than happy to give advice on sight seeing activities and good coffee shops and the like.. but I can also happily chill out by myself in my bedroom without much chitchat. I'm flexible and adaptable :)
Other things to note
I have a very sweet and affectionate 6 yr old Ragdoll indoor cat who lives in the apartment so you'll need to be wary of not letting him outside when coming & going. I do my very best to keep on top of the never-ending fur that he leaves around the house but its a bit of an impossible task at the best of times. So only animal lovers would be suitable for this accommodation and definitely not someone with allergies. He spends most of his time in my room and you are welcome to close your door when you leave the house to keep him out of your bedroom.
Being an older building the piping and plumbing isn't perfect but definitely does the job!
There is only one major rule here - don't let the cat outside! There's two reason why this is so important: 1. He has no way of getting back in and he isn't used to being outside & 2. Ragdoll cats are very naive, have terrible road skills, and can be stolen.
So, when leaving the house, make sure the cat is inside and that you pull the front door closed firmly behind you (sometimes it can pop open if closed too gently). Some of the windows have removable fly screens to ensure that a beautiful breeze comes through (when its warm outside). The rest of the windows that don't have flyscreens can only be open a crack so that London doesn't jump out.
Only other rules are common courtesy ones -
-Smoke free household. Please no smoking inside (or out the window). Please go outside and of course throw your butts away in the rubbish bin.
-Not a party house sorry! Been there done that ;) Now I value my sleep
-No loud noise especially late night/early morning.
Sorry, no extra overnight guests
