Tim's place is an amazing place to stay! We really centered around everything in Sacramento which made getting to places a lot easier. The apartment itself is amazing, very nice, clean and well kept!

A really great spot in a very quiet neighborhood. It's about 10 blocks to the action but it's a short Lyft ride. I felt immediately comfortable there. I also worked late so the fact that it was a house a bit on the darker side in the mornings was super helpful. Parking was easy and plentiful (not always the case in midtown). It's freeway close but you don't hear the freeway at all.

The apartment was cozy with lots of space. The apartment was located near many shops and restaurants. The apartment was exactly as described. Tim was an excellent host and I will be definately renting this place again.

I had a very good first experience with Airbnb at Tim's place. The studio is part of 4 other units in one building, but the other tenants are very quiet. I also thought it might be noisy since it was close to the park, but it wasn't bad at all. Place was clean and had most everything needed to stay there, even cooked one night (stove is electric range). Parking was ok on the street, a visitor pass was provided - it tends to fill up toward dinner time but was lucky enough to find a spot right in front of the place everyday. Also impressed with the company that Tim uses to help out with taking care of the place (he's generally not on site). When I had issues getting WiFi connected on my devices, someone at the company responded promptly and helped me out even though it was 11:30pm. Overall would pick Tim's place again if needed - I stayed during the weekdays only, so not sure if the noise level changes during weekend
