• Only guests named at reservation and verified with their ID's are allowed in the property. A copy of the ID will be taken during check-in.
• Save energy by switching off the air-conditioning and the water heaters when away or not in use. The amount of electricity and water included in the daily rate is an average for normal usage, any unreasonable excess will be charged at cost. Meters reading will be taken at check in and at check out.
• For monthly rentals the electricity and water bills are not included in the discounted rate. 2 weekly cleaning basic service are included.
• Keep the premise hygienic and clean, in order and in excellent conditions. The cleaning fee includes only a one (1) time general sanitizing, vacuuming, dusting and floors mopping. You are welcome to request extra cleaning services during your stay.
• Wi-Fi is complimentary and available for normal web activity only (no unlawful or prohibited websites, no piracy downloading). Terms and conditions apply.
• Children and infants are subject to the extra guest fee.
• Dish washing should be a daily duty (it is not included in the cleaning fee).
• Garbage must be disposed in the Condominium recycling bins (glass, plastic, paper, undifferentiated).
• No smoking inside the apartment, there are 2 nice balconies for that (dry cleaning and furniture odour removal charges apply).
• Failure to return the keys and the access cards upon check-out will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
• The full Inventory List is provide at check in for your reference. Any missing items will be replaced and charged at cost.
• Breaching any of the above rules will be fined with a minimum of 150 RM.
• For matters not mentioned here, the Condominium House Rules are in place.
• Any suspicious, illegal or criminal activity will not be tolerated and will be reported to the police without notice.

Absolutely amazing! Great location and apartment facilities. Pool is lovely and clean. Apartment is perfect for small family and has everything you need. Location is fabulous and near KLCC LTR which makes getting to/from KLIA easy and around KLCC, Pavilion and surrounding areas. Checking in and out was seamless and Beth helpful. Communication throughout the booking was good and if I had any questions Luigi was helpful in answering. Thank you for having and I am sure that we will be back again!

Very good location! Great place to stay one or two days. (URL HIDDEN) is the most greedy host I've ever meet. You will be charged for every step... be ready. When we asked to check out one hour later the respond was no...I have new guests , but if you pay :) hahaha... and by the way for two weeks we get only one bedclothe to change it of course we need to pay )) But nevertheless great place for one or two days )

We stayed in Luigi's apartment for one month in January and February 2017. We booked in July 2016 and in December 2016 exactly one month before our visit Luigi contacted us to increase the cost of our booking. He said he would add a new charge for weekly cleaning, increase the charge for electricity and add a charge for water. This was done exactly one month before our stay and on the day that the cancellation terms meant that if we cancelled then we had to pay for the month. This meant if we cancelled then we had to pay anyway. In the end we wanted to add an extra guest and negotiated with Luigi a price for his extra costs and our extra guest. But I do not think the changes he tried to make are acceptable and would not recommend this apartment for stays where the booking can not be cancelled if the terms are later changed.

3 stars for a fake review is a honour for me. Guest knew the conditions and agreed on all very favourable terms that needed to be revised because he had a third guest but he booked for 2! He wrote me private messages saying that all was OK and agree (.... quote...4th january Luigi, Thank you for the reply. That is all agreed. I will arrange to make the payment later today for the additional guest. Kind regards, Peter - 31th January Hi Luigi, All is OK. Thanks, Peter.... unquote). I have an excellent product and I always provide great assistance. Pretentious remarks, fake reviews or negative groundless comments are against Airbnb rules and gentlemen etiquette. A blackmailed review values zero in this business as I am confident to be very honest, transparent and abiding to all Airbnb guidelines.

Luigi's apt is exactly what was described in the listing. Location is perfect as it is close to KLCC . Communication with Luigi was easy. He was very responsive and friendly. His guest relations person, Beth, was also helpful with our check in and check out. I will definitely want to be back again!
