PLUG FOR ELECTRIC CARS. A very comfortable and large apartment in a farm house, surrounded by vineyards. Fully equipped kitchen, two covered loggia with a nice view over the vineyards and the swimming pool, two large bedrooms. The bathroom has the shower. Truffles and wines area.

There is also undercover parking available within the property, a swimming pool with a fully equipped solarium, a garden and grounds which are home to domestic and farm animals such as peacocks, lapwings and pheasants, geese, cats and a dog.

Moasca is near to Barolo, Barbaresco, Alba, Asti, Torino ...
