Wildlife Encounters
The Bruce Peninsula is home to diverse wildlife and many wonderful and vibrant animals frequent our property. The chipmunks and chickadees will even eat from your hand! You may spot foxes, raccoons, bluejays, cardinals, red squirrels, frogs, fish, loons, painted turtles, waterfowl and flying squirrels. Occasionally, we are lucky to see porcupines, beavers, snowshoe hares and swans.

Enjoy a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, including a wide selection of herbal teas, coffees, matcha, yerba mate, hot chocolate. You can even ask your hosts for a forest-picked tea if your adventurous! Sip your drink while watching the sunrise from your window :)

As an amateur photographer with over 10 years of experience, I’m happy to share tips for capturing the beauty of the night sky. You can marvel at the vast expanse of the Milky Way, and if you’re lucky, catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights!

I love nature. Feeding the chipmunks, exploring a new trail, outback camping, and snorkeling/diving are a few of my favorite things. I have explored much of Bruce Peninsula but am always finding new experiences in this amazing part of Ontario. Photography is a pastime of mine, and I particularly enjoy photographing wildlife, flowers, and the night sky. I enjoy learning about different cultures and cooking ethnic foods as well.
