Welcome to one of the most beautiful residential areas in Limburg! Our accommodation offers the perfect balance between a central location and peaceful surroundings. From here, you can easily reach the old town, the train station, and many local attractions on foot – and still enjoy relaxing moments in a quiet atmosphere.

The space
Welcome to our bright and modern accommodation! The sleeping area with a double bed, the bathroom, and a comfortable sofa bed for two people provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation has a separate entrance via an external staircase, ensuring a high level of privacy. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light in and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. All windows are equipped with shutters so they can be darkened if needed. Please note, however, that the front door includes a glass element and does not have a shutter.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee machine – ideal for preparing your own meals. The modern design and thoughtful layout make you feel at home right away.

Please note that the accommodation does not have a washing machine. However, there are nearby alternatives such as public laundromats (for example at Globus) or dry cleaners in the old town.
