Located in downtown Lisbon, in its historic center, near the city's main avenue - Avenida da Liberdade, this is an excellent option for those who want to be within walking distance from main tourist attraction of the city, Baixa Pombalina, the Rossio, Bairro Alto, the Castle District and its typical and picturesque Alfama district.

THE APARTMENT
This ground floor apartment was recently renovated and decorated preserving its original character. It consists of 3 bedrooms, living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a small terrace.
One of the rooms (with bunk beds) gives access to the main double bedroom. The other double bedroom has a private bathroom and the access is through the terrace.
This apartment is ideal for large groups or families who want to have a stay in Lisbon within walking distance to any point of interest.

THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in a historical district, close to the most luxurious city avenue, Avenida da Liberdade. Here you can find everything, from typical Portuguese craft shops to the most prestigious fashion brands. Luxury and traditional Restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops, Theatres’, and the oldest Cinema In town (S. Jorge) is at your door step.

Actually my name is Esmeralda, but I've always been called Lalita. I'm retired and I just turned 65. I have two children, men, and they are great. One is 43 and has a 20 year old son and the other is 41. I live with this last one above the apartment that is for rent, which I think is good, giving it a great family touch. I consider myself a very easy going person, affable, cheerful, ready to help and will do everything for you to feal well and at home, hoping you will be back and maybe bring some new friends too. I'm quite sure we will become friends. I'll be receiving you with open arms and you know already "Home and Heart".
