The building was built on the ground floor, and completely restructured in 2014, with air-conditioning and all comforts. It is a mixture of a liberty body and a fisherman's home from the 30's, quaint and up to date. Above all, unique in the way the past and present have been bought together architectually, and composed of two apartments, adjacent to each other, completely independent, with private garden, fenced with wrought iron gate, rich décor with inspiration from Art Nouveau style, with private parking place.

Villa Rina 2 – the larger apartment is composed of a bright, well-furnished sitting-room, with double-bed settee, colour TV LCD 26", good sized modern kitchen with utensils, crockery, dishes and cutlery, a four-burner cooker, hood, electric oven, sink, fridge with separate freezer in eating zone, bedroom with double-bed, a modern with walk-in shower, hair drier, washing machine, the second bedroom with double-bed and fitted-wardrobe, third bedroom with double-bed and a single-bed (Total 9 persons), second bathroom with walk-in shower and hair drier, safe and air-conditioning, a good-sized fenced garden with garden furniture for eating in the open, wi-fi and winter heating.

Arcobaleno Villas and Apartments offer an individual service on request to maintain your living area clean and tidy. Our philosophy is to guarantee every guest a precise service and without disturbing your privacy.

Linen

We can provide linen for the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and cots, when ordered. Change of linen can be given on request.

Laundry

On the understanding that our guests have different needs, the laundry room is at your complete disposition, including ironing-boards, iron, washing machine and drier (used with tokens).
