Staying here was incredible. The room is beautiful and clean and there is everything you need. Outside the room there is a beautiful garden with peach trees and tomato plants! Christine and Rob are the most amazing hosts and even fixed my bike and left plates of delicious dinner and fruit in my fridge some days! Going to the main house to use the shower was not a problem at (URL HIDDEN) was super close to my studio and always available, so don't let this stop you!! I wish I could have stayed even longer!

Location- Cannot get any better! Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses, and Stanford University. On several occasions, I would run to The Dish, a very popular paved trail that you can't miss! I personally would recommend experiencing Indo, La Bodeguita, and Philz Coffee. Space- It is exactly as described. I have to emphasize the comfort of the bed. I wish I could bring it with me! Beyond its comfort, Christine also provides you with fresh linens, and if you are cold natured, there is a heated blanket to keep you nice and cozy. Hosts- These people have become more of my family. They are very respectful of your space, but more than welcoming. If you are here during a holiday or special occasion and are invited to a dinner or cookout, you are lucky! Christine is a phenomenal cook-and a wealth of knowledge. Both she and Rob (her husband) are more than accommodating and helpful, Rob even installed my new bicycle pedals. I should leave it at that, but I could write a book about their generosity. Extras: This was my first Airbnb experience. I was pretty skeptical about going into the main house to shower. This was NEVER an issue. Please don't let this deter you from booking this space. Also, I would just text Christine to ask if the washer and dryer are available. She is easily accessible and prompt to respond. I'm certain this is the best Airbnb experience I could have had!

This is a great place for a single to stay in. Christine and her family are very welcoming, quiet, sharing people. Accommodations are comfortable and location is close to everything you could need. Do not hesitate to book your stay here but be warned that Christine's feels up fast so book well ahead of you need.
